  1. 募集内容・募集締め切り

    個室2室・ブース席（プライベート）2席・ブース席（オープン）6席の入居者を募集しています。 申込みの締切りは5月15日（木）です。

  2. 入居対象者

    1. （１）留学生、または留学生OB、または留学生と協働して大分県内であたらしい会社を設立 するか・新規事業をめざす方
    2. （２）原則として、入居後3年以内に、大分県内に独立移転して事業を展開する計画の方
    3. （３）行おうとする新規事業が、地域への波及効果を期待できる計画である個人や法人

  3. 入居の条件

    1. （１）個室 契約期間は1年間とし、2回まで更新可（最長3年） 負担金月額 　初年度15,000円　2年目25,000円　3年目35,000円
    2. （２）ブース席 契約期間は6ヶ月とし、5回まで更新可（最長３年） 　　 負担金月額　 プライベートタイプ：7,000円（学生は3,000円）、 オープンタイプ：5,000円（学生は2,000円）
      ※更新時に、空きがあればブースから個室、個室からブースへの変更申請も可能
      ただし変更した場合でもトータルで最長3年間とする。

  5. 入居者決定

    「入居評価委員会」（面談あり）において決定します。必要な情報や書類について個別に別途求めることがあります。
    評価委員会後は、すみやかにご連絡いたします。

  1. Offer　contents　＆　Deadline

    2 Private rooms, 2 Private booths, 6 Open booths are available. The deadline is May 15th(Thu).

  2. Eligible person

    1. （１）International student (including former international student) or a person who wants to establish a new company and start a business in Oita with international students.
    2. （２）As our rule, the person needs to move out from this center within 3 years to expand the business.
    3. （３）Sole proprietor or a corporation which is expected that their new business will make the ripple effect to the local community.

  3. Contract conditions

    1. （１）Private Room: The contract period is one year and it can be renewed twice.(the maximum period:3 years / Monthly payment: First year ￥15,000　Second year ￥25,000 Third year ￥35,000
    2. （２）Booth: The contract period is 6 months and it can be renewed five times. (the maximum period:3 years) / Monthly payment: Private booth ￥7,000(students: First year ￥3,000) Open booth ￥5,000(students:￥2,000)
      ※If there is an available room or booth, it is possible to apply for another space according to your contract period.
      However, even if you change your room or booth, the contract period is 3 years at the longest.

  5. Screening process of applicants

    The result will be delivered after ‘evaluation committee/Interview’. Extra documents or necessary information could be required individually.
