| 内容 | We are going to have a business seminar about human resources development on February 26th(Wed) at SPARKLE. We often hear people say that Japanese meetings last a long time and that although there are many attendees, not many opinions are expressed. In this seminar, participants will learn what problems prevent meetings from becoming more active, using the characteristics of Japanese-style meetings as examples, as well as learn tips for facilitating meetings. In addition, we will introduce examples of successes and failures in Japanese company meetings and conduct mini-work to improve skills useful in meetings.
