Presently, more than thirty five hundred international students from 90 countries and regions are living in Oita. We set up this center in 2016 fall with the hope that they become to like Oita more and more and play an active role in Oita after their graduation.
Oita international students business center, (nickname:SPARKLE) supports international students who want to find a job or start a new business.
And we also provide support for the companies or organizations which are interested in working with international students.
We hope everyone can meet up freely at our center and interacts each other in a good way. Our goal is to be the place where is always filled with new ideas, new value and new chances.
In SPARKLE, there are professional counselors, called incubation managers who are certified by JBIA(Japan Business Incubation Association). If you are currently studying at university or graduates and interested in start-up or preparing for it, please come to our office. You are always welcome! (Of course Japanese students too.)

We hold a seminar for start-up. It is a good chance to get various information, so please register for SPARKLE membership.
If you want to start a business in Japan, you need to do the complicated procedures for a visa. So please come to consult with us as soon as possible. If you want, you can consult with an administrative scrivener once a month for free.
We provide employment support for the international students in university or junior collage in Oita and also the companies which want to recruit them.
We recommend using “ACTIVE NET”(a matching site which connects companies and international students.) or working as an intern.

「おおいた留学生ビジネスセンター」は、2016年秋にオープンしました。
おおいた留学生ビジネスセンター（愛称SPARKLE）は、
留学生の「起業」と「就職」をサポートします。
同時に、留学生との協働によるビジネスに興味のある企業や団体への支援も行います。
気軽に集い、混じり合い、刺激し合うことで、新しいアイディア、価値、
チャンスなどが生まれる拠点となることを目指します。
SPARKLEには、JBIA認定のシニアインキュベーションマネジャー、インキュベーションマネジャーが常駐しています。起業に興味がある・準備を考えている留学生や、留学生OBは、いつでも相談に来てください。
(日本人学生ももちろん歓迎)
起業に関するセミナーも開催しています。メンバーになって、色々な情報をゲットしてください。
外国人の起業には、ビザの変更など手続きが必要となりますので、少しでも早く相談に来てください。月1回、行政書士さんとの無料相談もできます。
SPARKLEでは、
大分県内の大学・短大等に在籍する留学生と、留学生を採用したい企業に対し、
就職（採用）支援をおこなっています。
ACTIVE―NET（企業・団体と留学生を繋ぐマッチングサイト）の活用や、
積極的なインターンシップなどを勧めています。
就職説明会など、留学生と企業と出会える場や就活セミナーも実施。
